 Girlfriend makes their clothing from old water bottles. Each legging uses 25 recycled post-consumer bottles while their bras are made from 11. Some leggings use recycled fishing nets and other waste using ECONYL yarn. The yarn for the different fabrics is made in a zero-waste, zero-emission facility in Japan. Their factory in Hanoi is SA8000-certified, meaning it uses the highest standards for manufacturing possible to be considered sustainable.  All of their packaging is recyclable or reusable.
