Jan, the founder of Liv Bar, created this nutritious bar when her husband’s food allergies made it difficult to have an easy, healthy snack on the go. As a practicing nutritionist, Jan found her clients wanting something similar. Before she knew it, the bar rose itself and Liv Bar was formed. Each bar continues to be hand-baked in their dedicated facility. The ingredients are easily accessible and sourced with only the most wholesome ingredients.

Liv Bars are free from the major allergens including, gluten, dairy, soy, corn and peanuts. Their ingredients are all USDA Organic. In addition to packaging their bars in fully compostable wrappers, their facility is run on solar renewable energy in Salem, Oregon. This company sets the bar high in producing a healthy, easy snack while keeping in mind the impact it makes not just on your body, but the planet as well.
