AS SUSTAINABLE AS POSSIBLE

Thousand Fell

Thousand Fell was born from the past when fellmongers brought hides, materials, or “fell” as they called it, to markets. With their recyclable sneakers, Thousand Fell hopes to change the industry by bringing new fell to the market and eventually a “library of modern sustainable textiles.” When you invest in their shoes, you’re investing in a quality product for your feet and a sustainable outcome for our future by keeping sneakers out of our landfills.

Thousand Fell takes on the zero-waste, closed-loop fashion approach. This means at the end of your cycle with their shoes, you send them back and they can be refurbished and sent to someone in need or recycled to make something new. Thousand Fell uses materials that are biodegradable or recycled to make new shoes. They use Aloe Vera, Natural and recycled rubber, castor bean, recycled bottles, coconut husk, palm leaf, the list goes on. All their packaging is sustainable using an organic tote for the bags and the shoebox also acting as the shipping box. All of their cardboard is FSC-certified, traceable, and they’re working toward becoming a B Corp. They support 1% for the planet and are doing their part to give us a cleaner earth through a clean pair of sneakers.
